The stainless steel ball bearing unit "Saniline" is designed for easy cleaning on a food processing line that meets the requirements of HACCP. It is the first product in Japan to obtain certification forIP-69K. It is maintenance-free without relubrication and can withstand high-pressure washing. Its unique locking system prevents damage to the shaft and ensures a 12mm gap from the machine for Clean-In-Place using a stand-off housing. The product does not use any plastic materials and complies with food hygiene and environmental measures. It is suitable for sanitary requirements in food processing and pharmaceutical lines. The "Saniline" is sold as a conveyance equipment for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories.
