We put all our know-how to make prosperous shops putting together. Then we have made new oven.
“BK-ABRS” is 4 and 8 baking type special Baumkuchen oven, which consisted by special baking sticks, auto-supply pump, special luck, robot arm. This new model makes automatic operation for baking stick change, adding and mixing ingredient during baking process, which were used to be done by operator manually.
The operator does not need to stand in front of the oven, he can take his time for measuring each ingredient and cutting/packaging of baked stocks. This efficiency brings prosperous to the shop, realizing the staff and brand establishment.

The temperature control inside of oven is one of essential elements to bake high quality Baumkuchen. The baked product is fluffy just after baked, and it has moisture mouthfeel even it becomes cold, because of auto temperature control for “good taste”. |
