Demonstration of butter dorayaki on a Full Automatic Dorayaki Machine.
As a variation of the finishing process, the Light Depoly, a follow-up multifunctional filling and molding machine, was added to produce dorayaki that look great. The elaborate finishing process, which used to rely on manual labor, can now be automated.
Simultaneously increases the added value of dorayaki and pancakes and improves productivity.
