Twisted part of various sausages can be removed thoroughly. You will recognize our cutter is very compact compare with other cutters. It does not take up much space and does not occupy the workspace. Parts that are in contact with food can be detached without tools for easy daily maintenance.
There is also an option to make "slits" on the sausage. It can be done at the same time of cutting.
Some models are applicable with hog casings and dry sausages.
By combining a line with an automatic skewering machine, it can be expanded to a labor-saving device with higher production capacity.
