Conventionally, a meat pump was required to feed meat to the high-speed filling machine, but by integrating the vacuum filling machine and the high-speed filling machine, it is now possible to fill sausages with natural casings and artificial casings at high speed and in constant volume with a single machine.

Feature 1 "VACUUM LINKWEL"
Hitec's latest vane pump prevents the temperature of the fed material from rising and discharges it in a fixed quantity without kneading the meat and without any damage.
"VARIABLE LOOP INTERVAL STICKING DEVICE"
By rotating the operation panel position approximately 180 degrees and attaching a straight nozzle, thick material can be filled.
Feature 2 "VACUUM LINKWEL"
Sausages sliding down the fixed chute can be hung on the hooks of the horizontal hook conveyor with high speed and accuracy. This makes it possible to hang natural casings sausages at high speed, which is not possible with a rotating chute.
Feature 3 "VACUUM LINKWEL"
The product length to be produced depends on the spacing of the linking belt pinchers. Product lengths can be made in 1 cm intervals, starting from a minimum of 2 cm. Linking belts for products in 0.5 cm increments can also be made as an option.

This device automatically changes the loop spacing of sausage loops to match the total length of the casing and automatically hangs the loops on a stick. It maximizes the effective use of the length of the stick and contributes to improved product quality.
