The Mince Inspector rotates coarsely ground minced meat discharged from the grinder by a stepped vibrating conveyor, and detects vinyl pieces foreign matter with a camera installed above. When a foreign object is detected, the inspection section transfer device, upstream grinder, and downstream vertical conveyor are immediately stopped to significantly reduce product loss.
