We are building bread factory demonstrations at 13 companies participating in Edgecross's food manufacturing working group. We propose solutions to solve the problems of "trouble", "people", and "safety" at manufacturing sites.

| Feature 1 | Connected: Edgecross's basic software makes it possible to collect data from various devices (differences in old and new equipment and network protocols) connected to the standard processes of food factories (blending, fermentation, kneading, molding, baking, die cutting, inspection, packaging, delivery and cartoning). In this demonstration, we propose to easily collect data with Edgecross using OPC UA, SLMP, CSV, Modbus/TCP, and EtheNet/IP as the network protocols of the facility. |

| Feature 2 | Everywhere: With Edgecross's basic software, we can deploy the collected data into various applications and realize a platform that solves the important issues of manufacturing sites: problem prevention and rapid improvement, labor saving and leveling, and food safety. Also, according to the application, It can also be deployed to edge applications running on industrial PCs and applications running on the cloud. |
