At our booth, we are demonstrating chocolate coating with [Enrober], which is difficult to achieve uniformity by hand.
You can expect uniformity and productivity improvement unique to machines.
[Enrober] is compact and easy to remove parts, and wash, so it is great for color change.

We are exhibiting a [melting kettle] that can melt chocolate quickly.
The size can be selected according to the customer. It has all the aspects of heat retention, maintainability, and hygiene, also available with a pump.
