“The Pioneer of Skewering Machines“ is Kojima Giken. We started making skewering machines in 1981 and our craftsmanship created numerous machines to cater the need of our customers. Our newest MY20 Master Model is very compact and still puts out enough production volume similar to that of a large production machine. It is popular among many of our customers. We also have Table Top Chibi-Ske series machines and an Automatic Supply Robot for half thawed meat pieces at the show. All machines are demonstration ready and your food material is welcome to test out machines.
