Booth Highlights
We will reproduce in our booth an inspection line for baked goods, which are difficult to handle, using a combination of conveyor hardware and our own AI technology. Visitors will see a non-contact handling pad, cooperative robots, accumulating/reversing/metered supply, and an AI-implemented line that has been in operation for three years within Meiji Co. The non-contact handling pad can handle uneven products, is hygienic without risk of path contamination, and boasts remarkable energy-saving performance. In addition, the AI's throughput is high-speed at less than 0.2s/unit. Note that the exhibited equipment is controlled by only one IPC (Industrial PC), without any PLC.
